Mattresses and foundations ship out in 1 to 2 business days with UPS or similar delivery companies, and they deliver to your front door in 3 to 5 business days for most zip codes. Linens and bedding will ship and arrive separately.

Yes! You can add White Glove Delivery or White Glove Delivery with Removal in the cart for $250. Joybeds will arrange for a specialized carrier that will bring in & set up your new Joybed mattress for you. They can also remove your old mattress with the White Glove Delivery with Removal option. It does take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

You have several options to remove an old mattress depending on what's available in your area:

1. Your garbage company may take large items, check with them on their policies.
2. Local and national charities such as The Furniture Bank are sometimes looking for a good used mattress.
3. Specialized trash companies like 1-800-Got-Junk will come and remove an item for a fee.
4. Put it up for sale or donation on community boards or sites like craigslist.
5. You can add White Glove Delivery with Removal in the cart for $250. Joybeds will arrange for a specialized carrier to bring in and set up your new Joybed mattress and remove your old mattress. It does take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Absolutely not! Our company, and our beds, represent the opposite of chemical and foam products. That's why we use no foam or latex in any of our products. Natural materials such as cotton and wool make better mattresses because they breathe and sleep cooler. And they're better for our planet; renewable, sustainable and recyclable.

Nope! Since we only use natural materials, our mattresses do not have an off-gas, chemical smell like foam mattresses do. When unboxing your Joybed mattress, you can expect a light, earthy smell that fades quickly.
